About

Sorellina Coffee is a female-founded specialty roaster based in Edmonton, Alberta, founded in 2020 by Lynsey Hayes. The name means "little sister" in Italian. The roaster organizes its offerings into three categories: Terroir Focused coffees that highlight origin and growing conditions, Producer Poetry coffees that showcase intentional producer choices, and Scientific Innovation coffees exploring experimental processing techniques. Sorellina sources through importers with a focus on long-term producer relationships and sells direct-to-consumer via its Shopify store as well as through wholesale stockists across Alberta.
