Specialty Batch Coffee is a Dubai-based specialty coffee roastery founded in 2013 by Ryan Godinho, who became the UAE's first SCA Lead Instructor and Authorized Trainer in 2009. Rooted in Melbourne cafe culture, the company roasts single-origin and blended coffees to recipe at its Port Rashid facility, supplying cafes across the UAE. Beyond roasting, Specialty Batch operates as a full-service partner offering barista education, equipment supply (including Synesso and Anfim), and technical support for the UAE specialty coffee industry.
