Still Coffee Roasters is a specialty micro-roastery founded by Sabri and Bandria, who bring backgrounds in data science and engineering to their approach to sourcing and roasting. The roastery focuses on small, often rare single-origin lots handled with precision, seeking bright, light-roast coffees that reflect the character of their origin. Still roasts every Saturday and sells exclusively online, offering an analytical yet sensory approach to coffee: measuring, refining, and revealing the inherent qualities of each lot rather than masking them. The catalog spans exceptional micro-lots from Colombia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Burundi, Panama, and beyond.
