About

Owner-operated specialty coffee roastery, cafe, ceramic studio, bookshop, and Riso workshop at 84 High Street, Lewes, East Sussex. Founded by Frances and Sam, who started roasting in 2021 and opened the Lewes cafe in 2024. Roasting is done on a Loring Falcon S15 aiming for light, sweet, transparent flavour profiles. Sources traceable single-origin coffees from producers chosen for quality and ethics. The space combines slow craft disciplines under one roof.
