About

The Naughty Dog is a specialty coffee roastery in Jílové u Prahy, Czech Republic, founded in 2018 by Gwilym Davies (2009 World Barista Champion) and Petra Veselá (multiple Czech Barista Champion). The roastery is named after their two dachshunds and uses an Italian IMF drum-and-hot-air hybrid roaster. It focuses on clean, vibrant single-origin coffees from Africa and Central America, and also hosts coffee education courses on site.
