About

The Picky Chemist is a specialty coffee micro-roastery founded in 2021 by Stephane Ribes, based in Beaufays, Belgium (near Liege). The roastery takes a methodical, precision-driven approach to roasting, offering single-origin coffees from high-scoring lots including Panama Geisha and other specialty varieties from Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, and Ecuador. Roast levels are tailored by brewing method.
