Treccino is a small specialty coffee roastery and café-bar run by Adrian Hermet in Wolfenbüttel, near Braunschweig, Germany. The roastery uses a gas-powered drum roaster and a slow long-time roasting method to develop the aromas of high-altitude Arabica lots. Beans are sourced directly from selected farms in Guatemala, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Honduras, India, Peru, and Brazil, with an emphasis on sustainable and fair-trade practices. A physical shop is open Tuesday through Saturday.
