TRYST

TRYST is a specialty coffee roastery founded by Karl Kleinke and Carsten Kummer in Berlin Neukölln. The roastery uses a computer and sensor-supported drum roaster running on LPG biogas, applying long roasting times at gentle temperatures. Coffees are sourced globally from small farms where cherries are hand-harvested, with single-origin lots traceable to the individual farm. TRYST ships climate-neutrally across Germany and offers a monthly cargo-bike delivery service (TRYST EXPRESS) within Berlin. The roastery also supplies a network of partner cafés, restaurants, and fitness studios across Berlin and beyond.
