About

Verb Coffee Roasters is a specialty micro-roastery and café in Boulder, Colorado, founded in October 2021 by Kyle and Mary. The roastery focuses exclusively on light-roasted, fruit-forward single-origin coffees sourced from rare lots — including competition-auction lots from Ecuador, Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Peru. All coffee is roasted in small batches and shipped fresh each week. The café at 2500 30th St serves espresso and filter coffee daily.
