About

Vesta Coffee Roasters is a Las Vegas specialty coffee company founded in 2015 by Jerad Jay, who began roasting on a micro drum roaster in his kitchen in downtown Las Vegas. The company has grown into a multi-café operation with four locations across Las Vegas, an in-house bakery, and a wholesale program reaching Whole Foods, Sprouts, and food-service accounts worldwide. Vesta sources specialty-grade coffees from farms and exporters supporting sustainable practices, roasting five days a week and shipping nitrogen-flushed, UV-proof bags.
