About

Founded in 2024 by Anna Schättgen, a barista and roaster with about 15 years in coffee, at Kleiner Griechenmarkt 33 in Cologne's Altstadt-Süd. The company roasts specialty coffee and states it works on fair, long-term partnerships with producers in origin countries and on environmentally sustainable production. It positions itself as a coffee community, combining roastery, café and equipment retail, with an emphasis on knowledge exchange and neighbourhood involvement.
