Arotaype

Arotaype is a Peruvian landrace or regional selection cultivated in the high-altitude valleys of Ayacucho and surrounding areas. It is adapted to the cool, humid conditions of the Peruvian highlands and typically produces a clean, balanced cup with mild citrus acidity and gentle sweetness.
