Blue Mountain

A blue-fruited or green-cherry phenotype of the Bourbon variety traditionally grown in the Blue Mountain region of Jamaica, at elevations above 900 m. The cup is celebrated for exceptional clarity, mild acidity, and clean, balanced sweetness with subtle herbal complexity.
