Bourbon Ají

Bourbon Ají is a rare Bourbon variant from El Salvador, believed to be a spontaneous mutation selected for its distinctive spicy-sweet cup character, with notes likened to chili pepper (ají) alongside chocolate and red fruit. It is grown in very limited quantities by a handful of Salvadoran producers.
