Bourbon Aruzi

A rare Bourbon mutation discovered in Cauca, Colombia, whose DNA is suggested to trace back to Ethiopian landraces. Known for pronounced floral notes of citrus blossom and elevated sweetness. Low-yielding and difficult to cultivate.
