Bourbon Sidra is a rare Ethiopian-Bourbon cross first found on farms in Ecuador and Colombia, gaining attention for its exceptional cup quality. It produces intensely floral, tropical-fruit cups with jasmine, strawberry, and stone-fruit complexity, highly sought after in the specialty market.
