Catucai

A Bourbon-Caturra cross developed in Brazil and released by Instituto Agronômico de Campinas, combining the compact stature of Caturra with Bourbon productivity. It tends toward a mild, balanced cup with soft nutty-chocolate sweetness and low-to-medium acidity.
