Gayo 1

Gayo 1 is an Indonesian government-released selection bred for the Gayo highlands of Aceh, Sumatra. It is disease-resistant and high-yielding, typically processed wet-hulled (Giling Basah) to give a heavy, earthy, cedar-spiced cup with low acidity.
