Ombligon

A rare Peruvian or Central American heirloom variety characterized by a distinctive belly-button indentation (ombligon means navel in Spanish) on the bean. Genetic documentation is sparse; it is occasionally found in Peruvian specialty lots with mild, sweet cup character.
