Sudan Rume

An ancient Ethiopian or Sudanese heirloom variety from the Boma Plateau region of Sudan, one of the most genetically distinct Arabica accessions known. It is prized for high cup quality with intensely sweet, tropical-fruit and floral complexity, and used widely in specialty breeding.
