Topázio

A Brazilian Bourbon-derived cultivar released by Instituto Agronômico de Campinas, selected for high productivity and large cherry size. Topázio produces a sweet, full-bodied cup with chocolate and dried-fruit notes at lower acidity levels, well-suited to Brazilian terroir.
