Yellow Catucai

Yellow Catucaí is a yellow-fruited variant of Catucaí (a Bourbon-Caturra cross from Brazil). It carries similar cup characteristics to its parent: mild sweetness, moderate body, and soft fruit-chocolate notes, with the yellow phenotype indicating ripeness at a lower anthocyanin expression.
