Yellow Icatu

A Brazilian Icatu cultivar mutation producing yellow-skinned cherries. Developed by the Instituto Agronomico de Campinas (IAC) as a disease-resistant, high-yield variety with mild, chocolatey flavor; widely grown in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais.
