About this lot

Washed Caturra and Castillo lot from Alirio Muñoz's farm El Aguacate in San Bosco, Nariño, Colombia. Grown at 2250 masl. Extended fermentation with carefully selected ripe cherries, followed by slow drying over several weeks. Bright fruit character with layered sweetness and a clean finish.
