Single-variety Yellow Bourbon Arabica from Fazenda Rainha in the Mogiana region, grown at 1100-1500 m. Pulped natural process: cherries are pulped then dried in the sun with the fruit mucilage still attached, allowing sweetness to penetrate the bean. Beautifully soft, mild cup with perceptible sweetness, low acidity and a delicate cinnamon note. Excellent as filter, French press or as a component in espresso blends.
