About this lot

Colombia Supremo from Medellin, size-graded above screen 19. Shade-grown under Guamo trees and banana plants. Washed process. Roasted to produce a full-bodied, robustly spicy cup with low acidity. Excellent as cafe creme from an automatic machine or as filter coffee. Also works as espresso but less complex than the roastery's blend philosophy favours.
