About this lot
Organic, fair-trade single origin grown by indigenous farming families on Andean terraced plantations at 1200-1800 m in southern Peru. Arabica varieties Caturra, Typica and Bourbon, shade-grown. Washed process, sun-dried. Gently roasted to a golden, even profile. Complex cup: nutty and almond character with notes of dark dried berries. Best as hand filter or French press.
