Washed AA process. Producer Sakami Coffee is run by Gloria and Jarmo Gummerus in Kenya's North Rift Valley. Ruby Red is a washed lot made from carefully selected, deeply ripe coffee cherries, undergoing extended fermentation before being washed and dried on raised beds.
