About

Micro-roastery run by Adrien and Alexandra Scheffer, two former Paris pharmacists who brought a lab-grade approach to roasting. Light-to-medium profiles built for pour-over, roasted in small batches; the line-up has featured Burundi, Ethiopia, Honduras and Colombian Castillo from the Bermudez family.
