India Plantation Arabica from a country known for exceptionally mild, low-acid coffees. Washed process on concrete drying beds. The roast is kept light to preserve the character: a pronounced mildness with nutty undertones and hints of spice. Despite the caffeine, the cup has a notably relaxing quality. Best as filter coffee or in an automatic machine.
