Rare filter coffee from the Malabar Coast, southwestern India. The multi-month monsooning process — exposing green beans to monsoon winds in open warehouses — causes beans to swell and lose almost all acidity, producing an exceptionally mild, earthy, and malt-forward cup. Varieties S-795 and Kent; 1,000–1,200m.
