A three bean blend developed specially for cold brewing. This method tends to be less acidic than hot-brewed counterparts since heat helps draw acidity and bitter compounds out of the beans. Using cool water and a little time, expect a creamy and balanced cup with plenty of flavor and refreshment. Also delicious brewed hot.
