25 producers under Asocafe's Paz project, growing areas in Serrania de San Lucas, Bolivar, Colombia (armed-conflict-affected region). Mostly Castillo, washed with 16-24hr fermentation and sun-drying. Light-medium body, crisp citrus brightness.
