About

Chicago-based specialty roaster founded in 2020 by Mikey Rinaldo, a Q grader with previous experience at Due South Coffee Roasters and Passion House Coffee Roasters. Focuses exclusively on specialty coffees from Asian origins, including high-quality robustas and libericas from Southeast Asia alongside arabicas from Indonesia, Thailand, and South Korea. Sources coffees underrepresented in the American specialty market to reflect the founder's Indonesian roots.
