Single-origin Arabica from the Antigua region, grown at 1500 m on volcanic soils (SHG). Washed process: cherries are pulped, fermented in water tanks, then sun-dried. The roast highlights a floral and fresh aroma diversity; depending on preparation a light chocolate note emerges. Versatile cup that works well as cafe creme, in a portafilter machine, or as filter coffee.
