About this lot

Station built in 2013 and taken over by Habtamu Fekadu Aga in 2020, who introduced a new pulping machine for lot consistency. 7 permanent and 100+ seasonal workers. After pulping, beans retain ~10% mucilage and ferment for 24 hours, then are hand-washed and dried 9-12 days on raised beds.
