Regalia Coffee

Specialty coffee roaster founded in 2018 by Paolo and Chisato Maliksi in Long Island City, Queens, New York. Paolo, a classical musician and international roasting instructor, applies a precision-first philosophy: roasting is treated as a means to reveal each coffee's intrinsic character. Regalia operates from a 7,000 sqft shared facility called Multimodal, equipped with a Diedrich IR5, Mill City Roasters, and a Probat P25/2, which also hosts other roasters via toll roasting and ghost-roasting services. The curated rotating catalog focuses on traditionally and fermentation-designed lots from Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Ecuador. Regalia earned Gold at the 2025 Global Coffee Awards in the Filter/Experimental category.
