About

Ridders Kaffeerösterei is a small specialty coffee roastery in Berlin-Friedenau, operated by Gerhard Ridder from Schmiljanstr. 13, 12161 Berlin. Founded in 2008, the roastery uses a slow drum-roasting process at around 180 degrees Celsius over approximately 15 minutes to develop individual aromas. The range covers single-origin filter coffees and espressos from around the world, with an emphasis on unmixed pure-origin varieties and fair-trade sourcing.
