Specialty coffee roastery and sourdough bakery founded in Heidelberg in 2021 by Hugo, a native of the Azores who was inspired by Nordic coffee culture. The roastery is housed in a historic mill in the Wieblingen district with a view of the Neckar river. Coffee is light-roasted on a Stronghold S9X electric roaster. The team sources single-origin lots from Colombia, Brazil, Kenya, Peru, and Costa Rica, with a focus on transparency and traceability. Two cafe locations operate in Heidelberg, combining specialty coffee service with in-house sourdough baking.
