Icatu

A natural mutation of Bourbon with Timor Hybrid parentage, developed in Brazil as a high-yielding, disease-resistant cultivar. Icatu produces full-bodied cups with chocolatey sweetness and moderate acidity, widely planted in Brazilian commercial production.
