Coffee variety

Pache

A Typica-lineage variety that emerged as a natural mutation in Guatemala, distinguished by compact stature and wide adaptation across Central American altitudes. It produces a clean, sweet cup with mild citrus acidity and is used as breeding material for improved cultivars.
