Red Bourbon

Red Bourbon is the red-fruited phenotype of the Bourbon variety, one of the oldest Arabica cultivars, originating from Réunion Island (formerly Bourbon). It is the most widely grown Bourbon color variant and produces a classic sweet, complex cup with berry-fruit, caramel, and mild acidity.
