About

One-man specialty roastery in Cologne-Neuehrenfeld run by Benjamin Pozsgai, who buys green coffee independently of the commodity market to pay producers directly. Roasting is aimed at keeping each coffee's varietal, origin and processing character in the cup. Pozsgai is a Specialty Coffee Association member and has placed first in the German Roasting Championship (2016, 2019) and fourth at the 2019 World Coffee Roasting Championship; he also runs roasting training on request.
