Small private roastery founded in June 2016 by Andreas in Birkenau, Hesse, Germany (Odenwald region). Specialises in handcrafted single-origin coffees roasted in small batches using a gentle drum roasting process. Beans are hand-picked and sourced seasonally from origins including Brazil, Costa Rica, and Guatemala. Operates an on-site cafe alongside an online shop.
