About

Seekind is a specialty coffee roastery founded in 2020 by Andre Kirberg and Levi in Ravensburg, Germany, with a mission to bring specialty coffee to the Upper Swabia region. Andre is a two-time German Coffee Roasting Champion (2022 and 2023). The roastery sources exclusively specialty-grade green coffee through importers committed to sustainable cultivation and fair pricing, working with origins including Brazil, Colombia, and Rwanda. Seekind also operates a bistro in Ravensburg and offers barista education.
